David Maslove is a Clinician Scientist with the Department of Medicine and Critical Care Program at Queen’s University, and an Internist and Intensivist at Kingston General Hospital. His research focuses on informatics, genomics, and the use of biomedical Big Data to address current challenges in Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Maslove completed medical school and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Toronto. He trained in Critical Care Medicine at Stanford University where he also undertook graduate studies in Biomedical Informatics. He collaborates with critical care and informatics specialists both in Canada and abroad, and is a member of the American Medical Informatics Association, the Canadian Critical Care Trials Group, and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
